The Embassy of Panama in Israel is located on No. 2 Eliezer Kaplan street, Beit Yechin Building, 13th Floor. Its offices are open to the public from 9am to 3pm.
It is important to note that appointments are required for consular matters.
Ambassador and Consular Affairs Chargé
Her Excellency ADIS URIETA VEGA is the current Ambassador and Consular Affairs Chargé. She assumed her duties on April 22nd 2015, as Ambassador and Plenipotentiary for the Republic of Panama in the State of Israel.
The Panamanian diplomat has been tasked at the Embassy of Panama in Israel in years prior, charged with Cultural Affairs, as Vice-consul and Business Affairs, and as Ambassador.
She is a graduate of the University of Panama. Aside from her work as a diplomat, she has worked in the Middle East as a journalist. She has undergone refresher courses on Central American Economics and Integration, Human Rights in Times of Conflict, and the Middle East.
The Ambassador, as well as Attachés Darnely M. Vega O., Degree in law and political science and Andrés A. Carrizo, Doctor of Music, work not only to serve both Panamanian and Israeli citizens in need of the Embassy’s services, but rather to strengthen bilateral relations between the State of Israel and the Republic of Panama, formally established through Resolution No. 1856 of June 18th, 1948.
